More and more organizations are realizing the richness that comes to their groups as they remove barriers to participation by people with disabilities. If you run any organization, business or social, not-for-profit or for-profit, we will work with you in a multistep process help you secure the value of that participation. Among other services, we will:
- Work with you to identify the people with disabilities in your target membership pool.
- Work with you and with the people with disabilities to understand the barriers to their participation in your organization.
- Work with all interested parties to craft strategies to eliminate, minimize, or overcome these barriers.
